6 to 15 hours (from load-in to load-out) $1,500
Weddings, receptions, and all day events.
Requires a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
4 to 6 hours (from load-in to load-out) $1,000
Short receptions, meetings, teas, etc…
Requires a $300.00 non-refundable deposit.
1 to 4 hours (from load-in to load-out) $500
Requires a $150.00 non-refundable deposit.
Additional Fees:
Security guard for all events • $30.00 per hour.
